What is the return policy?
We want your CacheMio cap to feel like a second skin. If it doesn’t, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
If we made a mistake or your cap arrives damaged, we’ll make it right—return shipping is on us in those cases. Refunds are issued to your original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Some pieces are meant to be kept: items marked “Final Sale” at checkout, customized/monogrammed caps, gift cards, and select limited releases cannot be returned or exchanged. We mark these clearly so there are no surprises. If you have a question before ordering, reach out—our team is happy to help you choose with confidence.
When will I get my order?
Each cap is finished with care, then ships from our EU warehouses in Germany and Spain. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and quality checks. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.
Delivery timing depends on your location and chosen service. EU orders typically arrive faster with no customs; international shipments may take longer and can be delayed by customs—your tracking will keep you updated every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order size—so you’ll always see the most accurate cost before you buy. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country; these are paid by the recipient.
