Where We Ship
We ship CacheMio linen baseball caps to most countries worldwide. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email serhii@cachemio.store and we’ll try to help.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding EU holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our EU warehouses in Germany and Spain. This helps deliver faster within the EU and simplifies customs for many destinations.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates appear at checkout and depend on your address and chosen service. Typical timelines:

EU: 2–5 business days

UK: 3–6 business days (customs may add time)

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14+ business days (customs and local carrier handoff may add time)
Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, carrier capacity, and customs inspections can cause delays.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

VAT, Duties & Taxes

EU consumers: Prices are typically VAT-inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Non-EU destinations (e.g., UK, US, CA): Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility unless we explicitly mark your order as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout.
Tracking
All parcels ship with trackable services. Tracking links are emailed after dispatch. If you didn’t receive one, check spam or contact serhii@cachemio.store.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Address changes: We can update your address before dispatch. After a parcel has shipped, changes aren’t possible.

Incorrect/insufficient address: If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Missed delivery / refused delivery: If an order returns to sender, we’ll contact you with options for reshipment (fees apply) or a refund minus original shipping once the item is back in sellable condition.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Delayed: Please allow the full estimated window; then contact us and we’ll liaise with the carrier.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members/neighbors and your local post/courier first. If not found, email us within 7 days of the delivered scan so we can open an investigation.

Lost in transit / damaged on arrival: Email serhii@cachemio.store within 7 days with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll assist with a carrier claim and make it right in line with the claim outcome.
For EU consumer purchases, risk of loss transfers upon delivery to you (or to a carrier you explicitly chose that isn’t offered at our checkout). For other regions, local consumer law applies.
Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

We may split your order to get available items to you sooner; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Pre-orders/backorders ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page.
Shipping Restrictions

Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses; if this applies to your order, we’ll reach out for an alternative address.

Certain destinations have restrictions on natural fiber goods; if an order can’t be shipped, we’ll cancel and refund you.
Sustainable Packaging
We keep packaging minimal and recyclable where possible—your cap arrives protected, not overpacked.
