Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from Barcelona, Spain.

How long does delivery take?

EU & UK: 5–10 business days. USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders to EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is DDP (Duties Delivered Paid) — no surprise customs fees.

📏 Sizing

What sizes do the baseball caps come in?

Our caps are available in S/M/L based on head circumference:
S — 54–56 cm
M — 56–58 cm
L — 58–60 cm
Each cap also has an adjustable leather strap with brass buckle for a perfect fit.

What sizes do the dog sweaters come in?

Dog sweaters are available in sizes 1–8 based on your dog's measurements. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for chest, neck and back length measurements.

🧺 Care Instructions

How do I care for my linen cap?

Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron directly on the linen fabric.

How do I wash the dog sweater?

Hand wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry, iron or wring. Lay flat to dry.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at serhii@cachemio.store to initiate a return.
